One can use either use voice or data at a time while you are on voice call, although one’s net connection is on, one will not be able to browse web. You will get a failure message as ‘Page Cannot be displayed’. Whereas if one is in active data session, outgoing or incoming data on voice call is not possible.

22. How is the MB utilization calculated?

On the basis of both uploading and downloading the information, MB’s will be calculated using transfer of data. Less chargeable unit will be around 1MB example if 250MB is the free usage then 255.2 MB will become 256MB and anyone will get charged for 6MB beside 250MB of data.

If you give up the service during starting, middle or last of billing month, Tata Indicom shall bill one for it on pro-rata basis.

30. Is there any possibility to monitor one’s usage(time taken/MBs downloaded) in middle of a billing cycle?

One does not get their unbilled usage. Sending local voice service or NLD or ILD is cancelled due to few problems linked to billing failure to pay, but one can pay data service charges, Can they use data services. One cannot be able to use data services if one’s local receiving voice service is banned but one can use the similar if your NLD/ILD is cancelled. Once the payment is cleared, one’s data services will get

mechanically reinstated.

31. Is there any chance to request for plan migration any number of times in one billing cycle?

Yes. One can have several requests in the same billing cycle for shifting to another plan.

Though the last request got for plan alteration should be at least 48 hours prior to one’s billing cycle which will be the final request. The latest plan would be useful from the next billing cycle.
